The Tourismo jeans represent the next step in motorcycle touring and sport riding gear. Made from single-layer CORDURA® Denim, they deliver a perfect balance of comfort, breathability, and abrasion resistance (AA certified) while maintaining the timeless look of classic denim.

We developed the Tourismo jeans in close collaboration with professional 4SR riders and feedback from hundreds of everyday customers across Australia and beyond. Their input was clear, and we delivered solutions to the three most common requests:

Thanks to the single-layer CORDURA® Denim fabric, these jeans offer outstanding airflow to suit Australian conditions while standing up to the toughest rides.
✅ Knee protectors that stay in place
Our patented AFS – Armor Fixation System® ensures the protector remains perfectly positioned on your knee whether you’re riding, walking, or stopping at traffic lights. It’s so natural you’ll almost forget you’re wearing it.
✅ Extended shin protection
Unlike standard riding jeans sold in Australia, Tourismo jeans use extended Safe Tech protectors that cover both the knee and shin. Certified to the highest Level 2T+ standard, they set a new benchmark in rider safety.
But we didn’t stop there. We added practical side pockets with hidden zippers, redesigned the cut for a modern fit, and incorporated stretch panels at the waist and above the knees for all-day comfort in every riding position. A short waist zipper makes it easy to connect with any 4SR jacket or the upper part of a two-piece suit. For complete protection, Flexist hip protectors and 3D-shaped Safe Tech knee and shin protectors are included as standard.
With our WSBK experience, we know the proper shape of a protector is critical - that’s why you’ll never find flat pads in our gear. They simply don’t belong in serious protective wear.
Our Patent Protects Your Knees – What is A.F.S.?
At 4SR, rider safety is never left to chance. That’s why our patented Armor Fixation System® (AFS) is built directly into the Tourismo jeans. Inside each leg, an elastic inner sleeve securely holds the 3D-shaped knee protector in place at all times.
No more adjusting every time you stop at traffic lights — the protector stays exactly where it should, whether you’re riding, walking, or putting your foot down. Better still, the system allows you to fine-tune the position based on your height, ensuring it sits perfectly in the event of a crash.
To maximise comfort in Australian conditions, we’ve introduced newly perforated material into the protector pocket, keeping airflow high and the fit breathable even on long summer rides.
CORDURA® Denim Fabric
The CORDURA® Denim used in our Tourismo jeans combines premium cotton with INVISTA T420 6,6 nylon – a military-grade fibre engineered for superior abrasion resistance. This advanced fabric delivers the toughness of technical gear while maintaining the comfort, breathability, and style of traditional denim.

If you’ve ever experienced the problem of an unzipped suit sliding below your butt when walking around the paddock – we’ve solved this for you. One-piece suits have a small snap button on the inner side of the main zipper flap to hold the zipper pull in place.
