RETURNS POLICY
4SR Australia is committed to customer satisfaction and have ensured our returns policy is consistent with our responsibilities under the guidelines of Australian Consumer Law and the ACCC.
4SR Australia will provide exchange for incorrect size for all items except for custom suits within 30 days of delivery.
There is no returns or exchanges allowed for change of mind and custom suits.
Please inspect your product/s as soon as it arrives. TRY IT ON FIRST and DO NOT CUT OFF TAGS and DO NOT THROW AWAY THE BOX! Returns can only be accepted if items are unworn and unwashed, with original packaging and in a saleable condition.
4SR Australia will provide refund only for faulty items. If you believe you have a faulty item or need to exchange size, please contact us with your order number and description of the product at sales@4sr-leather.com.au.
We will respond quickly with instructions how to return items from your order.
